The Lady Raiders scored a season low 14 points in the first half against West Virginia on Wednesday night en route to a 69-37 loss to No. 10 West Virginia.
The Lady Mountaineers went on a 13-0 run in the middle of the 1st half, as the Lady Raiders struggled to make shots shooting just 20.7% from the floor, while West Virginia only shot 34.4%, but held the 33-14 halftime lead.
In the 2nd half Texas Tech never got closer than 17 points as West Virginia stretched to their largest lead of 32 in the final seconds of the game. The Lady Raiders have not won a game this season on the road and their losing streak hits 17 in a row while falling to 0-16 in conference play. They will be back in action this weekend when they host Texas at the United Spirit Arena.
