LUBBOCK,TX-Melinda Campos is always picking up her daughter Zoe.

“Zoe is clumsy,” Campos said. “She would wake up and get out of bed and fall, like she just trips herself.”

But it has been five months since she's had to pick up her little girl.

“We haven’t heard anything,” Campos said. “It’s like she fell off the face of the earth.”

18 year old Zoe Campos was last seen on November 17th, 2013.

But an anonymous donor is giving Campos a break.

The woman said she had not met Zoe, but was touched by the family's efforts to find her.

The woman offered up $1,000 to add to the reward money.

“She donated $1,000 to Zoe,” Campos said. “She doesn’t even know her, which was truly a blessing and I really want to thank this person. I don’t know who this person is, but you know who you are, and thank you so very much.”

The reward for anyone who has information on Zoe's disappearance is now $6,000.

The extra boost means, Campos and her family aren't giving up hope.

“[I am] looking for her myself with my family,” Campos said. “My family has been great. I’ve got some great people out there looking for her on a daily basis.”

Sergeant Jason Lewis with the Lubbock police department said he and his officers  are still looking too.

“We’re still chasing,” Sgt. Lewis said. “We’re still following up on things,.”

Campos said she does get tips, but so far they are all dead ends.

“I still got some people that say 'oh I saw her last week,' well last week isn’t going to do me any good,” Campos said.
