Offensive Players to Watch in 2014: No. 5 Reginald Davis

When things slow down in the summer months, it gives us time to take a look at the top performers coming back for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. We start it off on the outside with Reginald Davis, a guy who electrified us as the season went on.

Talk about a guy who can do it all. He was a little over shadowed by some of the older players but was not overlooked. You can use this guy anywhere on the offensive side of the ball. His ability to catch the ball and get up field will be critical. He's not that heavy in statue so he's going to have to use his speed and height to compete for the ball. Also we know he's dynami in the special team’s game. Check his skills out in the bowl game and that’s how they will use him in during the season.

Let's translate that special teams dynamics, if that's even a word, into a regular pass and catch wide receiver. Love to se him come in a little heavier right around 200 pounds. He developed trust with Webb as the season went on. That's why they were hooking up late in the bowl game and the Texas game Reginald Davis is the one of the ones to watch for the Red Raiders.
