The Texas Tech baseball team is playing just about as good as anyone in the country right now compiling a 21-7 record, after going 3-3 on the road to start Big 12 play. Yesterday they got some good news as we saw Tyler Neslony and Tim Proudfoot return to the field.
Proudfoot started the season with a bang against 3rd ranked Indiana going 7-15, batting .466. However he was lost that next week when he was hit in the left shoulder by a pitch during a scrimmage. But he made his return last night going 0-1 with a walk but as the team starts to get in the middle of Big 12 play it will provide a lift getting Proudfoot back.
