Pumpkin Pie Trifle Returns!

The holiday classic is back.  United Market Street's Susan Short stops by the KLBK Cafe to give us the must-make crowd pleasing dessert that is almost sinfully easy.
Pumpkin Pie Trifle

1 pint whipping cream
3/4 cups 100% Pure Maple Syrup, divided in 1/4 cups
1 teaspoon maple extract
2 8" Market Street Bakery Pumpkin Pies, cut into 1"-2" pieces
1/4 cup Austinuts Praline Pecans, chopped

Beat whipping cream with 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 teaspoon maple extract until peaks form.  Layer one whole pie in the bottom of trifle dish; drizzle with 1/4 maple syrup.  Top this layer with half of the whipped cream.  Place the pieces of another whole pie over the whipped cream; drizzle with maple syrup and whipped cream.  Sprinkle chopped praline pecans over the top and serve.  Enjoy!

Makes 10-14 servings depending on serving size
