Cooper loses second straight
Now down to District 2-3A where there were some surprises after the first week of district play. One of those surprises, Lubbock Cooper, who dropped a heartbreaker to Andrews 21-20. Could they get back on the winning track tonight against Seminole?

Coach Windham and company trying to rebound tonight at home ,Cooper rolling on their first drive Travis Windham finding Payden Piaskowski, big space for him down the sideline and out of bounds.

That setting up a fourth and goal inside the 5, but Windham's pass gets tipped and intercepted by Justin Hernandez. Seminole grabbing the momentum and driving it down when quarterback Jacob Burtch fakes everyone out and keeps it himself, Indians go up 7-0 in the first.

The Pirates trying to answer, Windham floating another pass and he gets picked off again, this time by Kason Rosalez. But Seminole can't turn it into points.

But more problems for Cooper, Stanton Keane taking the handoff and he fumbles recovered by Jordan Thompson, three turnovers for the Pirates in the first quarter. Next up for Cooper is a tough trip to Levelland.

Seminole barely winning, 15-14.
