The Snyder Tigers looked for their first win having dropped their first four games by a combined nine points. Now, on one hand it's been a rough start to the season for coach Sims and company, but at the same time they are a play in each game away from being 4-0.
The Snyder Tigers looked for their first win having dropped their first four games by a combined nine points. Now, on one hand it's been a rough start to the season for coach Sims and company, but at the same time they are a play in each game away from being 4-0.

They looked for that first win tonight down in San Angelo against 4-4A opponent San Angelo Lakeiew.

On there first drive down field, Snyder's quarterback Skillet Rinehart connected with wide receiver Jacob Chappell for the 22 yard touchdown.
 
Still first quarter, 7-0 Tigers, when they gave there ball to there stud running back D'vincent Allison as he pushed through for a 14 yard td run; 14-0 Snyder.
 
But in the second quarter, the Chiefs slowed down Snyder's attack and finally got on the board as Lakeview's quarterback Nick Martinez got going to keep it himself for a nice 16 yard touchdown, making it 14 to 7.
 
But to end the half, Snyder would once again find Allison who got going to show some nice moves on a 35 yard touchdown run to go into the half 21-7.
Snyder finished on top, 42-35.
