Wes Welker, Louis Vasquez and Manny Ramirez are all part of the Denver Broncos record-setting offense that faces the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
"Obviously if you want to go to the Super Bowl, you should go to Texas Tech," Welker said during Tuesday's Media Day.
It would be the first championship for all three former Red Raiders. Welker was unsuccessful in his previous two trips with New England.
After six season with the Patriots, Welker signed with Denver during the offseason. Vasquez signed a four-year deal with the Broncos in March and was named to the Pro Bowl in his first season with the team.
Manny Ramirez is in the third season with Denver but didn't emerge as the starting center until this season when an ACL injury ended Dan Koppen's season during training camp.
"It's been a true blessing this year to play with some college teammates," Ramirez said. "It's been good especially to come to a team where I look at it as a similar to the Texas Tech offense."
