Autumn Bollinger joins Trends & Friends for the weekly UMC Segment on healthy eating and recipes and cooks up No-bake Energy Balls.

No-bake Energy Balls

Ingredients:

·         1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

·         ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips

·         ½ cup Peanut Butter

·         1 tsp Vanilla

·         1 tbsp Chia Seeds

·         ½ cup Ground Flax Seed

·         1/3 cup Honey

·         1 cup dried fruit of choice OR ½ cup dried fruit and ½ cup chopped nuts

 

Directions:

1.       Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl

2.       Refrigerate mixture for ~30 minutes

3.       Remove from refrigerator and form into 1” balls

4.       Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
