Registered Dietician Autumn Bollinger brings some yummy Parmesan Edamame to the table this week.

Parmesan Edamame



·        1 (12oz) package of frozen Edamame

·        ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

·        1 tbsp Olive Oil

·        Dash of Garlic Powder

·        Black Pepper to taste





1.     Preheat oven to 400º

2.     Rinse Edamame under cold water to thaw; drain water and pat dry

3.     Place Edamame in a shallow pan and drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with cheese, garlic, and pepper

4.     Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp

Lemon Zest, Dill, and Black Pepper



          Chili Powder & Paprika

          Chili & Lime

          Honey, Garlic, Chili, & Cayenne



          Cocoa & Cinnamon

          Melted Dark Chocolate drizzle

Add Dried Fruit
