Baked Turkey Parmesan Meatballs
Baked Turkey Parmesan Meatballs

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 18-20 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes


Ingredients:
•1.2 pounds of lean ground turkey
•¼ cup finely chopped white onion
•½ teaspoon salt
•1 large egg
•1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
•¼ teaspoon minced garlic
•1 teaspoon parsley flakes
•¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
•½ cup marinara sauce


Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the marinara sauce. Using your hands, mix everything together.
-Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil. Using a two teaspoon scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into small balls. Place on foil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce and a little bit of cheese. Place back in oven for 3-5 minutes or until internal temperatures reaches 165 degrees.
-Place on a hoagie or eat with spaghetti noodles.
