Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

-- 1 14 oz. bag of pre-cut coleslaw
-- 1 red bell pepper, diced
-- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
-- 1/4 cup green onion
-- 2 cups cilantro
-- 3/4 cup Asian sesame dressing
-- 3 cups chicken, cooked and chopped (prefer rotisserie chicken)
-- 1 head of lettuce
-- peanuts for topping

-- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw and bell peppers.
-- Add the green onion and cilantro to a food processor and put it on "chop" mode for about 15 seconds; then add to the bowl along with the chicken and Asian dressing.
-- Mix everything up and scoop onto lettuce leaves.
-- Top with peanuts.
