Attention all runners, walkers and those who aren't afraid of the dark!
The first annual Light The Night Glow Run is right around the corner.
It's not your typical race.
"The whole course will be lit up and (there will be) different music stations throughout the course, so it'll be awesome," Porshe Thomas said.
Thomas is organizing the race.
She said part of the proceeds will go toward Make-A-Wish.
"They put generosity and compassion as their priority so they're a great organization to partner up with."
The run is Friday, November 8th.
Check-in is at 7:30 p.m. at 1003 1st Place (the parking lot of Catholic Family Services.)
It's a 5K and you can run or walk, but Thomas said to expect to get a little messy.
"They'll be able to run through multiple black light zones. There'll be glow powder thrown at them (and) silly string."
