LUBBOCK, TX -- A Lubbock family is already looking forward to their next trip to Disney World and they just got back.
9-year-old Tra said he did a lot while he was in Disney a few weeks ago.
"We went on the Harry Potter ride, (and) the water ride," he said.
But his favorite memory of the trip was the bathtub inside the resort he stayed at with his mother, grandmother and younger sister.
"It had these bubbles and like they had this little button and you push it and the bubbles just come out," Tra explained.
Tra lives everyday with a disease he'd like to forget. He described to us his life with Sickle Cell Anemia.
"My eyes start getting yellow, my back starts to hurt, I start getting sleepy."
So Make-A-Wish gave Tra something to remember.
"It was a vacation of a lifetime. There's no words that can express my gratitude. Everybody had a smile on their face. It was priceless," Tra's mom, Tyshuna, said.
It costs, on average, $8,000 to grant one child his or her wish.
