Frenship ISD Collecting Money, Donations for Students Displaced by Monday's Fire

15 Frenship ISD students and their families have been displaced by Monday's fire, and the school district is helping to collect money for them.
According to Frenship ISD Director of Communications Andy Penney, 15 students and their families were displaced by Monday's fire at the Oak Creek Apartments.

Penney said as of now, the school district is only collecting money for the families, and anyone looking to donate money should contact the administrations main office at (806)866-9541.

They are also working with Mission Lubbock to collect any clothing or schools supplies. Currently, Penney said the school is not taking in those donations because of resources. Anyone who is able to donate clothing or other supplies for these families should contact Mission Lubbock. They are located at 17th and Upland, or call (806) 687-8452.
