Police Seek Rip Griffin Robbery Suspect

On January 20, 2014 at 8:50 PM police responded to a robbery at 4257 34th Street.
LUBBOCK, TX (PRESS RELEASE) - On January 20, 2014 at 8:50 PM police responded to a robbery at 4257 34th Street, Rip Griffin. A Hispanic male wearing a black jacket entered the store and after selecting store items walked up to the register demanding cash from the store clerk while purporting to have a gun in his pocket. The suspect fled the store when he observed the store clerk press the silent alarm button. The suspect was not located.
