Pumpkin Pudding

<p>Registered Dietitian Allison Childress stopped by the KLBK Cafe, showing us a great, festive pudding recipe that you can make (and eat) with your kids!<br mce_bogus="1"></p>

Pumpkin Pudding 

Ingredients:

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pudding mix

1 � cups cold nonfat milk

1 cup canned or mashed pumpkin

� teaspoon cinnamon

Procedure:

In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk together until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and cinnamon. Cover and chill according to pudding package directions before serving.

Serves 4.
