SPC Theatre Presents ‘Medea’ by Euriphides Nov. 14-17

The South Plains College Theatre Department will present “Medea” by Euriphides at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday.

LEVELLAND – The South Plains College Theatre Department will present “Medea” by Euriphides at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday (Nov. 14-16) and 2 p.m. on Sunday (Nov. 17) in the Helen DeVitt Jones Theatre on the Levelland campus.

 

Tickets cost $8 for adults and $5 for students.

 

The cast includes Syndey Pasma as the Nurse; Cullan Howe as the Attendant and Creon; Jessica Polson, Meghann Abbott, Sabrina Idom and Holly Aiken as the Chorus; Tori Heflin as Medea; Colby Crisp as Jason; and Matias Ramirez as Aegeus and the Messenger.

 

The play is directed by Daniel K. Nazworth. Stage Manager is Will Anderson. Lights are controlled by Mary Catherine Nunez and Jayson Brown is coordinating the sound for the production. The set was constructed by the cast and members of the Introduction to Theatre classes and Theatre Practicum class.
