Ricardo Suar-Gonzales, 30, of Guatemala pleaded guilty in Lubbock federal court Tuesday to a felony charge of harboring illegal aliens. Muleshoe Police say when they found the refugees, they were padlocked inside Gonzales' storm cellar.
