Cucumber and Onion Salad

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons honey, if desired


  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  3. Serve cold.
