• 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 10 oz. chopped, frozen spinach
  • 1 can O Organics Refried Beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • Corn tortillas or other option
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, avocados


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.  Cook ground beef and onion until beef has browned and onion is tender; stir in spinach, salsa and cumin. 
  2. Build tacos on tortillas, adding toppings as desired.
