Lubbock County Sheriff’s Deputies continue the search for 30-year-old Maegan Hembree, who went missing four years ago Sunday.
“She had come to Hobbs with a friend, and we spent time together, and her son Aiden came with. They came over to Papaw’s house,” Jerry Hembree said.
That day would be the last time Hembree ever saw his daughter Maegan.
“We believe that we’ll find her, alive or otherwise, we believe that we’re gonna find her.”
The woman left home for a friend’s house in Lubbock and never made it.
“We don’t know where she’s at, but this man does. We don’t know what happened to her, but this man does,” Hembree said.
Michael Todd Ramsey, a chief person of interest, is being held in the Van-Zandt County Jail on unrelated charges. Hembree insists Ramsey has some idea about his daughter’s whereabouts.
“He was the last one seen with her, he knows what happened and he knows where she’s at.”
Hembree believes an un-named woman may know where his daughter is.
“This particular person, this woman that worked at a medical facility, was seen in scrubs talking to this man on the same day after [Maegan] went missing.”
Maegan’s father had a last word for Ramsey, saying he’s not feeling hatred toward him, but he just wants justice.
“Something like this can really take something out of somebody, and I’m glad God has given me the strength to not take that left turn.”
