LUBBOCK, Texas — For this week’s Future of Ag, Kathryn Campbell spoke with Jaxson Collier. He is a Texas Tech University senior who plans on becoming a broker for ranch land and dairy farms. He also earned one of four spots as an American Star in Agricultural Placement finalist. He heads to National FFA Finals in November. Growing up, his family’s dairy developed a different style of milking.
