LUBBOCK, Texas — For this week’s Future of Ag, Kathryn Campbell spoke with Lexi Hunt. She is an Animal Sciences major at South Plains College and originally from Buckeye, Arizona. Hunt plans to finish her Bachelor’s at either Texas Tech or OSU. She is also on the animal judging team and has a lot of experience with animals.
