Kiss The Cook: Candy Corn Pops with Poisonberry Sauce
2 pineapple rings
2 slices cantaloupe
1 cup frozen boysenberries or blueberries, thawed
4 Medjool dates
- Slice each pineapple ring and slice of cantaloupe into three pieces. Slice about 1 inch off each end of banana (freeze or eat the middles).
- Onto each skewer, place pineapple piece, cantaloupe piece and top with banana end.
- For the dip, in a blender or food processor, blend the berries and dates together.
- Serve skewers with dip.
