Kiss The Cook: Candy Corn Pops with Poisonberry Sauce

Ingredients:

2 pineapple rings

2 slices cantaloupe

3 bananas

6 skewers

1 cup frozen boysenberries or blueberries, thawed

4 Medjool dates

Instructions:

  1. Slice each pineapple ring and slice of cantaloupe into three pieces.  Slice about 1 inch off each end of banana (freeze or eat the middles).
     
  2. Onto each skewer, place pineapple piece, cantaloupe piece and top with banana end.
     
  3. For the dip, in a blender or food processor, blend the berries and dates together. 
     
  4. Serve skewers with dip.
