2 injured in Lubbock after early Friday crash

LUBBOCK, Texas– A wreck near 50th Street and Quaker Avenue left two people injured, according to Lubbock Police.

Authorities responded just after 1:30 a.m. Friday to a crash near 50th Street and Quaker Avenue.

Police said that both people suffered non-life-threatening injuries. At least one person was transported to University Medical Center, according to officials.

Lubbock Police said that one arrest was made in connection to the crash.
