City Council confirms new Lubbock Police Chief

LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock City Council unanimously approved Floyd Mitchell as the new Chief of the Lubbock Police Department on Tuesday.

According to a release by the City of Lubbock, Mitchell will begin his role as police chief November 11.
