On Friday Aug. 9, Lubbock ISD and KLBK introduced viewers to new Williams Elementary Principle Suzanne McCall as the fifth part of their Countdown to Class series. On Mon. 14, viewers can watch the final part of the series with Lubbock ISD Executive Director of Communications Erin Gregg live in studio.

School is back in session on Wed. 16, but families can still buy certain last minute school items tax-free. Tax-free weekend is scheduled for August 11 through 13.
