Guests can place orders in advance, beginning Thursday, April 18th by visiting info.theunitedfamily.com/earth-day. While on-line, guests can take the time to peruse environmentally friendly products available for purchase.

“Operating sustainable business practices and always looking for ways to reduce our footprint remains an important focus for the entire United Family of brands,” said Robert Taylor, CEO of The United Family. “Our sustainability promise is just that; a promise to the communities and guests we serve to do what we can and create ways for them to participate in protecting our planet for generations to come.

The United Family is proud to have recycled more than 848,000 pounds of used plastic grocery sacks in 2018.

Guests can support this recycling initiative by bringing those used sacks back to the store and dropping them in the bins located near the front entrance of each store.
