A Lubbock County grand jury on Tuesday indicted four people for two murder cases.

Kethan Lee Anderson, 38, and Anna Ruth Smith, 31, were indicted for the murder of a man who was thought to be homeless.  Skeletal remains were discovered in a backyard in the 2100 block of 20th Street on November 28.

Later, an arrest warrant said the victim exposed himself sexually to Smith.  Smith and Anderson at first left the residence where that happened.  But then, according to court records, Anderson and Smith returned and confronted the victim.  Smith admitted they held him down and strangled him.
