HALE COUNTY, Texas– As of 5:00 p.m., December 3, Hale County and the City of Plainview reported 53 cases of COVID-19 and eight recoveries.
This now makes a total of 513 active cases, with 496 at home and 17 in a medical facility, according to the city.
Overall, the total number of virus cases was 4,416, with 3,819 recoveries and 84 deaths.
