Hale County reports 13 new COVID-19 cases, 71 recoveries

HALE COUNTY, Texas — Thirteen additional people had tested positive for COVID-19 in Hale County and 71 had recovered from the virus Monday, according to a release by the City of Plainview.

In all, there are 776 total confirmed cases, 511 recoveries, 254 active cases and 11 deaths, according to the release.
