DPS said at about 1:10 a.m., a tow truck crashed into an 18-wheeler about one mile south of Amarillo on FM 1541.  DPS said the 18-wheeler was backing into a loading dock but crossing 1541 while doing it.

The tow-truck was going north on 1541 and it hit the trailer of the 18-wheeler, DPS said.
