Larry Wesley Brown, also known as Ted Magyk or Kevin Trusty, was indicted Wednesday afternoon for bank robbery.
Brown, “by force and violence, and by intimidation, did intentionally take from … employees of First Convenience Bank, 1911 Marsha Sharp Freeway … United State currency….” The bank is inside a location of Walmart in Central Lubbock.
The indictment did not say how much money Brown was accused of taking. The robbery was on January 6 just after noon.
Police released surveillance images and said at the time that the suspect “could possibly be armed.”
Brown’s name was not listed Wednesday afternoon inside the Lubbock County Detention Center. EverythingLubbock.com will try to find out if Brown was taken into custody somewhere other than Lubbock County.
