LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Power and Light said after 15,000 customers were without power Friday morning, services had been restored for all but 854 customers as of 11:30 a.m.

“Crews will continue to work through these individual outages and expect to restore power to all remaining affected customers in the coming hours,” LP&L said in a press release.

As of 4:30 p.m. Friday, LP&L said in a press release all crews will stay in the field until every customer’s power has been safely restored.
