Court records have said mediation will happen in stages.  The Dallas meeting will be stage one of the mediation process.  Ultimately the idea is for “a larger global resolution, or confirmation of a plan for the benefit of all creditors.”

Reagor Dykes filed for bankruptcy on August 1.  Ford accused Reagor Dykes of both fraud and default.  Since that time, a process was started to evict Reagor Dykes from its 82nd Street location, Ford has court-ordered permission to remove its inventory, and “the resources – both financial and manpower – of the Debtors are severely constrained.”
