LUBBOCK, Texas — A rollover near 82nd Street and Memphis Avenue caused traffic delays due to a down powerline, according to the Lubbock Police Department.
LPD said the initial call was made at 4:49 p.m. and the victim suffered moderate injuries.
LPD also said traffic was “shut down” near the intersection and Lubbock Power and Light was expected to remove the powerlines.
