An FBI criminal complaint charged Jimmy David Washington, Jr., 33, of Lubbock, with sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor and distribution of child pornography.

Washington was arrested last week and has remained in the Lubbock County Detention Center since then.

The complaint also named a woman as Washington’s co-conspirator, and EveryingLubbock.com is working to confirm if the woman has been arrested yet.  The complain listed her as Demecia Shontres Washington.

Court records said Jimmy Washington wanted to be called “Daddy” and he wanted Demecia to be called, “Queen.”

The FBI complaint said Demecia introduced a 15-year-old girl to Washington sometime in August. The meeting was in Mesquite.

The complaint said Washington and Demecia took the girl out to eat and bought her new clothing.  Washington also got the girl a cell phone with an 806 area code.

The FBI complaint said Washington laid out rules for the girl to be his prostitute and she agreed to do it.  It also said Demecia took pictures of the girl displaying her private parts so she could be advertised online as a prostitute.

The girl then was taken to Hobbs, Odessa and later Las Vegas to perform acts of prostitution.  The FBI complaint said while in Las Vegas the girl “no longer wanted to work as a prostitute.”

The complaint said Jimmy hit her across the face with an open hand and said she could “never leave.”  He also threatened that he knew how to find her, according to the complaint.

But then, on September 1, the girl found out Jimmy and Demecia left her behind alone in Las Vegas.  The girl called police.

Las Vegas police talked to her, and, “She estimated having vaginal intercourse with approximately 40 clients.”

Court records indicated the Washingtons either were married or had previously been married.
