
Trayvion Caro, 19, was indicted Tuesday by a Lubbock County grand jury for murder. Separately, the same grand jury indicted Daniel Reyes Rangel, 20, for a different murder.
Caro was arrested in March for the shooting death of Matthew Pickett, 30. Police were called to the 1300 block of 65th Drive. Pickett’s body was found in an apartment.
Initially Caro was arrested for an unrelated charge. As of Tuesday, he was held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on bonds totaling $222,000.

Rangel was arrested in late November of 2017 for the shooting death of Isaias Rodriguez in the 2500 block of Amherst Street.
Neighbors said the two men had some sort of ongoing dispute before the shooting.
Rangel was held Tuesday in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $300,000 bond.
