LUBBOCK, Texas – CASA of the South Plains is having a raffle right now to raise money for their nonprofit. Due to the pandemic they cannot hold events to raise money so they are getting creative on how to do so. The tickets are $100 are you can win up to $8,000. You can buy the tickets here.
