LUBBOCK, Texas The Inside Out Foundation is holding a virtual Health Seminar this Saturday the 16th! The Inside Out Foundation YouTube Channel will be streaming the event live January 16, 2021. Once tickets are purchased, you will be emailed a confirmation, then we will email you a link to the YouTube page the day of the event. The Health Seminar begins at 9:34am and runs until 12:45pm.
