Amy is an owner of a small business in Lubbock and was nominated by her daughter.

Amy’s daughter, Ashton Montgomery said that everything that she does from,”her children to her marriage … to her building, to her work, to her church life, she cultivates it so she is in the position of serving.”

In 2015, Amy established her business called Flint Avenue which is a software development in marketing resource partner.

Wood established Fint Avenue because she wanted to give opportunities for all kinds of resources to help you grow as a person or as a business.

Since then, Wood has worked with Covenant health, Carpet Tech, and a few other West Texas businesses.
