Chibuzo Agbo, a three-star forward from Saint Augustine High School in San Diego, announced on Twitter that he has committed to Chris Beard and Texas Tech.
The Red Raiders beat out Arizona, Marquette, San Diego State and USC to add Agbo to their 2020 recruiting class.
